Shunqiang’ History
2012
Starting a business. Shunqiang Wire Mesh was initially located in Canda Entrepreneurship Base on Xing'an Avenue in Anping County. It had a relatively small scale and mainly focused on the production of stainless steel wire and stainless steel mesh.
2016
Continuous development. After three years of hard work, the company has moved to No. 28, Wei 'er Road, Anping County (leasing the workshop of Jiaoyang Company), and its production and operation conditions have been initially improved.
2017
2017: Technological upgrade. To meet market demands, the company has invested heavily in introducing 4 intelligent automated spraying assembly lines, 11 sets of stretching tables for supporting production, and 4 sets of powder coating equipment, etc. As a result, its production capacity has been significantly enhanced, and it has been awarded the title of "Top 100 Powder Coating Enterprises in China".
2020
Scale Expansion and System Certification. To meet the demands of modern production, the company purchased a 10,000-square-meter workshop, further expanding its production scale and enhancing production efficiency. In March of the same year, the company was awarded the ISO9001 quality system certification, marking that its quality management system has reached international standards.
2022
Significant investment and innovative achievements. The company has further expanded its scale, with a new investment of 120 million yuan to build a two-story Class E workshop, covering a total area of over 60,000 square meters. In the same year, three utility model patents were successively obtained: "A Device for Cold drawing Bright Surface Treatment of Stainless Steel Wire Finished Products", "A Device for Removing Burrs from Metal Mesh", and "A conveying Device for Paint Spraying".
2023
The headquarters will be completed and integrated with the industry. On March 6th, the new company was officially completed and moved in. The new headquarters has achieved the integration of upstream and downstream industries and completed the key link of strengthening and supplementing the industrial chain. On May 26 of the same year, Hebei Shunqiang Company was granted an invention patent: "An Openable Anti-theft Net for Convenient rescue".
2024
The second phase project will be initiated. In 2024, the new workshop of the second phase project fully adheres to the advanced concept of green environmental protection. Through scientific planning and intelligent design, it has achieved efficient utilization of space and optimization of the production process, demonstrating the company's determination to promote diversified product development and actively expand the international market. This is not only an important measure for upgrading production capacity of the enterprise, but also a strategic action to consolidate its leading position in the industry.
2025
In 2025, the group company was established. In 2025, Hebei Hongshun New Materials Group Co., Ltd. was founded, laying the foundation for subsequent diversified development.

Form a dedicated R&D team for core products, consisting of multiple specialists covering fields such as materials science, mechanical design, and welding technology, with an average of over 8 years of R&D experience in the metal wire mesh industry. The team focuses on core products such as stainless steel hydrogen wire annealing and welded wire mesh, conducts in-depth research on material optimization and process innovation, participates in technical exchanges in the wire mesh industry many times, develops new products and improves old processes in combination with market demands, providing technical support for the upgrading of core products.
Advanced Technology
Raw material optimization technology: For hydrogen annealing of stainless steel, the "low-temperature hydrogen annealing technology" has been developed, which enhances flexibility while reducing metal loss. For stainless steel hard bright wire, the "alloy composition fine-tuning technology" has been developed to enhance hardness and improve corrosion resistance at the same time, laying a solid foundation for the quality of core raw materials.
Stainless steel mesh process technology: The "Automated weld point compensation technology" for stainless steel welded wire mesh is developed to solve the problem of uneven weld points during welding and enhance the tensile strength of the product. The stainless steel mesh innovates the "laser cutting + seamless welding technology", achieving integrated processing of complex shapes and enhancing product precision and stability.
